This Week's Runs - Week of April 30

Here's the schedule for this week. These will also be posted as Facebook events in the Seattle Anti-Freeze Runners Facebook Group.

Tuesday, May 1, 7:00 PM:
Tuesday workout at Roosevelt High School
This will be speed work for those that want it or a 4 mile run at any pace for those who don't.
Address: 12th Ave. NE & NE 66th Street

Thursday Social Run + Drinks from Prost.
Last week, people ended up jumping into Greenlake after the run. What will happen this week??
Address: 7311 Greenwood Ave N.

Saturday, May 5, 9:30 AM:
Arboretum Run from The Attic in Madison Park
This will be a 6 mile scenic loop through scenic arboretum foliage and across water-level pedestrian bridges on Lake Washington. There will be shorter distances available as well.
Address: 4226 E. Madison St.
