This week's runs - Week of May 7-May 13

Here's the schedule for this week. These will also be posted as Facebook events in the Seattle Anti-Freeze Runners Facebook Group.

Tuesday, May 8, 7:00 PM:
Tuesday workout at Roosevelt High School
This will be speed work for those that want it or a 4-5 mile run at any pace for those who don't.
Address: 12th Ave. NE & NE 66th Street

Thursday, May 10, 7:00 PM:
Thursday Social Run + Drinks from Murphy's Pub.
The weather is guaranteed to be better this week!
Address: 1928 N. 45th Street

Saturday, May 12, 9:30 AM:
Saturday run from Discovery Park/Magnolia!
For those of you training for the race, we will have a 7 mile option. There will also be 3 or 4 mile options. Scott Weaver will be leading the Saturday run this week.
Address: Discovery Park South Parking Lot at 43rd Ave W. and W. Emerson Street

We'll do our best to keep these in synch with the Facebook group. If there is a discrepancy, the schedule of events on Facebook is correct.
